22247 Tin-cobalt Alloy Chromium Substitute Plating Process
A. Process Features
1. Color is special white, similar with true white chromium, the plating bath is especial It can plating on deposits of bright or matt nickel substitute, brass, nickel, zinc (under the conditions allowed) etc., the applicable range is wide, can be used as the primer for gun color, black nickel, gold and silver, with good adhesion.
3. This process and additive had passed the testing of SGS, and meet the RoHS2002/95/ES regulation. The deposits is extremely stable in air, after electrolyte protection, it can resist 200 ℃ thermal shock without changing color. Its neutral salt spray test is above fifth grade, hardness 300HV/2.5g, abrasion resistance 39.4mg/kilohertz.
4. This process is not suitable for the electroplating which need special hardness, hard wearing and extremely high temperature oxidation of deposits.<
5. This plating technology may have been declared national patent by Han Lin, please use it correctly.
