Advantage Acid zinc additive includes brightener and assistant, which are both transparency liquid. It products less organic decomposition. The solution is stable and easy to operate. The covering power and throwing power of this process are better than cyanide zinc. This process produces bright deposits as mirror. The brightener doesn’t contain C17H14O, the usage will not change obviously at higher temperature, and the usage is half of the traditional process. The Brightener can still be dissolved when the concentration of KCl is 280g/L. Both NH4Cl and KCl are suitable. NH4Cl is better for automatic production line.
